1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Insuredge Financial Advisory ("Insuredge", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our website, calculators, or advisory services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Description of Services

Insuredge provides:

• Financial advisory services: Unbiased guidance on term insurance, health insurance, and mutual fund investments through registered advisors.
• Financial calculators: SIP, coverage, and retirement calculators for educational and planning purposes. Results are illustrative only.
• Information content: Articles, guides, and resources about insurance and investment topics.
• Appointment booking: Scheduling of free consultation calls with our advisors.

Insuredge is registered with IRDAI as a composite broker and with SEBI as a Registered Investment Advisor. Our advisory services are governed by the respective regulatory frameworks.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all forms and consultations
• Not misrepresent your identity, financial situation, or intentions
• Not use our calculators or content for commercial redistribution without written permission
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Not transmit malicious code, spam, or any harmful content through our platform
• Comply with all applicable laws when using our services

Non-disclosure of material information (medical history for health insurance, existing liabilities, etc.) may affect the validity of your insurance coverage and is a violation of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Insuredge website — including text, graphics, logos, calculator logic, and design — is owned by Insuredge or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts (fewer than 100 words) with proper attribution to Insuredge.

5. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Specifically:

• Calculator results are estimates based on your inputs and assumed return rates. Actual investment returns depend on market conditions, fund performance, and factors outside our control.
• Advisory recommendations are based on information you provide and our advisors' professional judgment. They do not constitute a guarantee of specific financial outcomes.
• Third-party products (insurance plans, mutual funds) are subject to their own terms, conditions, and exclusions. We are not liable for the performance of products we recommend.
• Website availability is not guaranteed. We may suspend services for maintenance without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Insuredge shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services
• Investment losses resulting from following our recommendations (which are advisory in nature)
• Claim rejections by insurance companies due to non-disclosure by the policyholder
• Losses arising from reliance on calculator results as financial projections
• Service interruptions, data loss due to events beyond our control

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the advisory fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months (which for free consultations is ₹0).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. You may discontinue use of our services at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written notice to us. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
