- Regulatory authorities: IRDAI, SEBI, or law enforcement when legally required. We will notify you unless prohibited by law.
- Business transfers: If Insuredge is acquired or merges with another entity, your data may be transferred. You will be notified and given the opportunity to delete your data before any transfer.
